You are not alone. \nThis is a free\, six-session program for caregivers. \nFamilies and caregivers learn: \n\nReliable information about mental illness\, diagnosis\, and treatment options\nEffective coping and communication skills\nTools to help navigate the mental health system\, local supports\, and resources\n\nThis program will run on Tuesday evenings (January 28th-March 11th (excluding February 18th)).
