SUPPORT GROUP FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS WHO CARE FOR, OR CARE ABOUT, PEOPLE DEALING WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS AND DISORDERED SUBSTANCE USE

Are you concerned about someone’s mental wellness? Do you have questions on how to support them? Join us to gain insights in a space where we are supported and have access to resources. We offer a confidential and empowering space where members are encouraged to share, or pass, as they feel comfortable.

Topic for April: Role Play – the important role family and friends have in healing and recovery
Healing does not have to be is an individual journey – we gain strength with connection.
